Thank You for Serving, or for Your Sacrifice

Offering VA Loans and VA Refinancing Loans is very personal to me, as my uncle, whose family I am very close with, is currently serving in Afghanistan (see picture below). We worry about him every day. I very much enjoy working with veterans and their families, and also because I believe that we can offer you the best VA Loan rates in Texas, which is one small way that I can give back in thanks for your service.

VA Loans – We are a Greater Austin and Texas-approved VA Lender

VA Loans are mortgages guaranteed by the Department of Veteran Affairs.  This program was designed to help active duty military, veterans, and eligible surviving spouses realize the American dream of home ownership.

These purchase loans offer exceptional benefits:

  • No down payment
  • Zero mortgage insurance
  • Low interest rates

You can read more about the VA Loan Purchase program on the Veterans Affairs website here. (Please note that the state of Texas does not allow Cash Out VA Loan refinancing.)

VA Refinancing Loans – IRRRL

Also, there is a VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan, or IRRRL (and also known as the VA Streamline Refinance Loan) that lowers your interest rate by refinancing your existing VA home loan. Some of the basic features include:

  • No income documentation is needed
  • No money out of pocket is necessary
  • You may not receive any cash from the proceeds

You can read more about the program on the Veterans Affairs website here.

Honored to Help

I’d be honored to help you through the VA Loan or VA Loan Refinancing process. Also, as another way to say thank you, I’ll donate $100 for every $100,000 in closed VA Loans in your name or your Memorial/Honorarium’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project*.

Please call or apply today.

My Uncle Alex in Afghanistan

My uncle, Alex, left, is currently deployed in Afghanistan.
His family and I worry about him every day.
