- 5% up to $417,000 (95% financing)
- 20% up to $1,000,000 (80% financing)

Spec Home Financing
After the real-estate crash, Spec Home financing became very difficult to find. We have available:
- 11%+ down up to $1,000,000 (up to 89% financing – variable based on property, plans, finances)
- 50% down up to $2,500,000 (50% financing)
