First Time Home Buyer

First Time Home Buyer

Are you a first time home buyer and need a little help with a down payment and closing costs? We have a great program available: a gift up to $12,500!

Grant for Your Down Payment and Closing Costs

We have partnered with a non-profit organization to help you make your down payment, closing costs, and potentially even some of the principle of your loan. This is a GRANT, not a loan, so yes, this means you will literally be given this money, with no expectation to ever repay. (It can’t get any better than that!!)

3-5% of the Purchase Price up to $12,500

Eliminate your Down Payment

The organization will give you 3-5% of the purchase price, depending on the type of loan you choose, good toward any costs associated with your home purchase. This will usually eliminate your down payment on an FHA, VA or USDA loan, some or perhaps all closing costs, and any remainder can be applied to the principle to pay down the total debt.
